NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today congratulated AIADMK supremo J Jayalalithaa on her party's spectacular victory in the Tamil Nadu assembly polls.
Singh telephoned Jayalalithaa soon after his return from Kabul and greeted her on the poll victory, PMO spokesman said.
