Former supermodel Christie Brinkley says she will never tie the knot again as she finds the institution "ridiculous".
Brinkley, who has three children from her four marriages, insists her bitter divorce from fourth spouse Peter Cook in 2008 has made her decide not to walk the aisle again.
"I can now say unequivocally I would never get married again. There's absolutely no reason to. I learnt in my divorce that marriage is ridiculous. You take a vow but you don't get brownie points when you honour your vow and the other person doesn't," contactmusic.com quoted the 57-year-old as saying.
"The court doesn't recognise that. It's like, 'All right now, let's see how we're going to divvy up the kids.' Well, obviously, the one that didn't break the vows should be the role model, but no.'" she added.
