WASHINGTON(DC): Fans were in for a surprise as Twentieth Century Fox recently took to social media to release a 15-second teaser of Ridley Scott’s next movie ‘Alien: Covenant’ from the ‘Alien’ franchise.
Starring Michael Fassbender and Katherine Waterston, the short clip sees a familiar egg about to open and release whatever intergalactic evil awakening within.
“Witness the Creation of Fear,” reads the caption along the Twitter video post.
The crew of a colony ship heads to a planet they believe is an uncharted paradise, but they quickly learn otherwise.
A sequel to Scott’s ‘Prometheus’ and part of the precursors to his original 1979 film, the official trailer is set to arrive online Christmas Day.
