'Nil Battey Sannata' Declared Tax-free in Delhi

NEW DELHI:  Swara Bhaskar-starrer “Nil Battey Sannata” has been declared tax-free in the national capital, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia announced on Friday.

Taking to their respective Twitter handles, Kejriwal and Sisodia shared the news about making the film tax-free here.

“'Nil Batte Sannata' is a great movie. You must watch it. Tax free in Delhi,” Kejriwal tweeted followed by Sisodia, who posted: “'Nil Battey Sannata' has been made tax free. It's a wonderful movie about the whole education system and its connectivity with society." 

Produced by Anand L. Rai and Ajay Rai, the film also features actors Ratna Pathak, Pankaj Tripathi and Ria.

The film released on Friday with its Tamil remake "Amma Kanakku".
