CHENNAI: Dhanush, who is making his debut in Hollywood with the Extraordinary Journey Of the Fakir Who Got Trapped In The Ikea Cupboard alongside Uma Thurman and Alexandra Daddario, is delighted.
The actor, who is to play a conjurer in the film, in a statement issued on Monday said, " I am very excited by this opportunity to work in a full length Hollywood film - The Extraordinary Journey Of the Fakir Who Got Trapped In The Ikea Cupboard for the first time. The director Marjane Satrapi felt I would be apt for this role and I feel there are many facets I can explore for this character.”
The team is to shoot in a number of countries including France and Italy.
