'Party anthem' 'Kar Gayi Chull' gets 50 Million global love

The movie depicted the story of two estranged brothers Sidharth and Fawad falling fall for the same girl played by Alia.

NEW DELHI: Party anthem 'Kar Gayi Chull’ from 'Kapoor and Sons’ has joined the club of songs that are hitting every dance floor these days, as it has amassed fifty million views, thus becoming  the song of the year.

Filmmaker Karan Johar confirmed the news by tweeting, “The party anthem gets global love!! Thank you all for chulling out!! http://bit.ly/MachGayiChull  @sonymusicindia @DharmaMovies #50MChulled.”

The party number which shows lead actors Sidharth Malhotra and the 22-year-old Alia Bhatt showing their classic dance moves while drinking and enjoying at a house party, is taken from Fazalpuria's hit independent single 'Chull' featuring rapper Badshah.

The movie that depicted the story of two estranged brothers played by Sidharth and Fawad falling fall for the same girl Tia played by Alia, was released on March 18.
