Ranbir Kapoor will be in New York for next few weeks to complete Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic. The actor has already started preparing for his next superhero film Dragon.
A source says, “Ayan has been doing pre-production work on Dragon, we did a couple of workshops and some rehearsing for dance sequences. The film is being made on a large scale so we had to do lot work on it. Ranbir will return in the country and then once again start preparing for the role along with Alia. In next two months, the film will go on the floor. Some portion of the film will be shot in London.”
In the past, Ayan has mentioned that Ranbir is not playing a superhero in Dragon but he will be a simple guy who is gifted with an interesting power of throwing fire from his hands. Alia is first going to start shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi with Vicky Kaushal and then she will start shoot for Dragon.
Reportedly Amitabh Bachchan too has been approached for the film but there is no official announcement on it.
