Rajkumar Hirani has been busy wrapping up Sanjay Dutt biopic in New York, which features Ranbir Kapoor as Dutt. The current schedule will go on for a few weeks and Ranbir is expected to shoot with Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor.
A source says, “During this schedule we are planning to shoot a scene with director Hirani, he is going to play himself in the film. In the scene he will be seen discussing their film Munnabhai MMBS. It is an interesting sequence.”
Although there is not much clarity about what exactly the sequence is going to be like, it is reported that Hirani will play Subhash Ghai, instead of himself and he will be seen talking to Sanjay Dutt about making a biopic on his life.
Sanjay Dutt’s biopic is expected to have a lot of cameos from different actors, it was earlier reported that the film will have Salman Khan playing himself, while Boman Irani too has done a cameo in the film. The film is more than 60 per cent ready and is slated to release in March next year.
