When you look in the mirror and feel that you looking beautiful – that’s the perfect body! It doesn’t matter if it’s big, small or extra small,” says Bhumi Pednekar the popular actress. After playing a plus-sized housewife in Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Bhumi Pednekar has undergone a physical transformation and will be seen in a svelte look in her next film, Manmarziyan.

Fitness to me is:
My life. It has changed the way I think. Being fit is the healthiest thing you can do for your mind, body and soul.

My idea of a perfect body:
Is the one that suits you! In my view, the perfect body is the one when you look in the mirror and feel that you looking good and beautiful -- it can be big, small or extra small, it doesn’t matter.

My diet consists of:
A lot of food. But my diet has low carbs and is very high in protein. It includes noodles soup, two to three rotis in a day. I have put a lot of thought into what I eat and it’s easy because everything I eat is available in our regular kitchens.

My fitness regime:
I workout every day; I make it a point to have some sort of physical exercise at least for an hour and a half, if not more -- it could be a dance session, gym or swimming. I just mix it up.

My best body feature:
I love myself way too much; I can’t pick one. But if you insist, I will have to say I think it’s my eyes. In my opinion the relationship between fitness and health is: Very important. They are completely correlated because fitness plays a very big part in your health ... it is important to be fit for me it’s the same as being healthy.

The Bollywood actor and actress with the fittest body:
Tiger Shroff and Priyanka Chopra.
