‘Jackie’ on October 14

Puneeth Rajkumar’s 13th film will make its way to the theatres in another few days; marks Bhavana's debut in Kannada.

BANGALORE: Kannada film star Puneeth Rajakumar’s upcoming movie 'Jackie' has received a U/A certificate from the censor board in Bangalore, informed Raghavendra Rajakumar, on behalf of Poornima Enterprises. The movie will now release on October 14 this year.

‘Jackie’ is the 13th film of actor Puneeth Rajkumar and it stars Malaylam film actress Bhavana in the female lead. This is her debut film in Kannada.

The film has some lovely tracks by composer V Harikrishna.

This is ‘Duniya’-fame director Soori’s first film with Puneeth. Soori has also penned down the story, dialogues and screenplay for the movie. Camera is handled by Sathya Hegde.

The supporting roles are played by Rangayana Raghu, Sumithra, Honnavalli Krishna, Satyajith, Ravi Kaale, Shobaraj, Bullet Prakash, Raju Thalikote, Ravikiran, Siddaraju, Sampath, Umesh, Harshika, Nisha, Sushma Biradar, Chandru, Petrol Prasanna and Apoorva.

The film was given a U/A certificate for the action portions but it has not been suggested to go for any cuts, as per the sources.

‘Jackie’ will be release at Santosh theatre on Kempe Gowda Road.
