In a shocking development, actress Pooja Gandhi broke up with her fiance, Anand Gowda, on Wednesday. The two who got engaged last month could not sustain the relationship for long and have now decided to part ways.
Confirming the news, Pooja said, “Our ideologies did not match as our thoughts were very different. So we decided to call off the engagement. I wish him all the best.”
Pooja and Anand got engaged on November 15.
However, realtor and builder, Anand in consultation with his family members decided to end the relationship with the actress. “Pooja’s mother is the reason, as she controls the family and her daughter. As a mother she needs to respect the would-be-son in-law and my family, which she did not. Even Pooja did not respond to my calls. Our relationship was not going anywhere,” said Anand who was quite miffed with Pooja’s mother as used some derogatory language against him. “I didn’t like such remarks from the girl’s family. I have nothing left to say now,” he concluded.
