Sri Murali Takes a Break From Rathavara

Express News Service

Sri Murali who is recovering from shoulder pain is on a schedule break from Rathavara, which went on floors in October. “It can also be considered as a deliberate break from the crew’s end, only to revise what had already been done in the earlier fourteen-day schedule,” says Sri Murali who describes why a revision  was needed.

“It is just being cautious about what we are doing. After you shoot a film for 50 days, you should not think that we could have done it better.  My director Chandrashekar Bandiappa is a new entrant to the industry and I am working with a new team. I thought it was better to check whether we were on the right track now, rather than later. Thankfully, everything is in place and I don’t want to change anything,” he says. “I injured myself during a fight sequence in the film and I am taking time to recover before I start my next schedule from November 23,” he says.                           —
