Confirming the news is Santhu himself, who told City Express that he has locked the script for Vicky. “It is an interesting story of a city boy going to the village and I found Vicky apt to play the character, which is something in contrast from his first film,” he says. Santhu’s last film was Dove with Anup Sa Ra Govindu Interestingly, we heard that Vicky has gone through at least 30 scripts before he chose Santhu’s story.

“I have known the director for almost a year now and he understood the kind of story I was looking for. Accordingly, he had a good one-liner for me, which has now been developed into an excellent script. We are now in the pre-paration stage,” says Vicky, who adds, “Since I had a good launch vehicle, I took time to choose my second. It now depends on how we take it forward.”
