Going by his choice of films in 2017, it seems that Sudeep is bent upon silencing critics who were branding him as a ‘hero of remakes’ by signing up only original scripts. To begin the year, the talented and charismatic actor has Hebbuli directed by S Krishna, which is slated to release in February.
The next project scheduled to begin on January 21 will be The Villain, followed by Thugs of Malgudi for which he will be associating with Rakshit Shety.
The next director he will working with will be none other than Rishab Shetty. Apparently, the actor has been keen on working with the new generation filmmakers for some time now. Their association was confirmed on Tuesday, when Rishab shared the news on social media.
