Pavan Wadeyar’s film has Puneeth attempting a different genre

Puneeth Rajkumar fans have been  waiting to hear details on the star’s next film. City Express had reported earlier that in all likelihood, the film, directed by Pavan Wadeyar, is likely to go on floors from March 8. Here is the latest development.

The muhurath for the film took place on Sunday at a Ganesha temple, Rockline Studio, with a simple pooja. The launch clap of was done by producer Munirathna, and in the presence of the Power Star, among others.  As of now, the film goes as Production 9, the makers have a few titles in mind, they will decide on an apt one soon, as they plan to announce the cast details just before going on floors. As reported before, this is going to be a romantic/action entertainer, and interestingly, this film’s genre will be something Puneeth is attempting for the first time in his career.D Immam, who scored music for Kotigobba 2, has been brought on board as music director, Vaidy S will be the cameraman and Mahesh S the editor.
