A lot of hype has been created around the upcoming Sriimurali and Sreeleela-starrer Bharaate, which is being directed by Chethan Kumar. Currently, the makers are doing a special photo shoot with the lead actors under the scorching sun in Rajasthan, which, the director says, is being done for the first time in Kannada cinema.

While the director and few crew members have already gone to the desert state, the leads will take part in the photo shoot starting today, with cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda behind the camera.  The makers feel that the right photos are like an invitation to the audience, and have decided to go with a theme.

Since the film has parts shot in Rajasthan, the team decided that a photo shoot there will bring in the essence and flavour of that region. Chethan and crew have started doing a recce for ideal shooting locales, and have planned to shoot for 20 days, in which some interesting portions of the film will be shot, including fight sequences and songs. The film is produced by Supreeth has cinematography by Bhuvan Gowda.
