BENGALURU: Like any other festive season, movie buffs look forward to any sort of release – be it films, posters or even teasers. There’s reason to cheer now with Darshan’s D53 – a tentative title – likely to release the first poster of the film. The Tharun Sudhir directorial, produced by Umapathy, will be unveiled on November 6 for Deepavali.  Word has it that the film may be titled Robert, but the production house will make an official announcement only in December.

Incidentally, in Tharun’s first, a multi-starrer titled Chowka, had Darshan making a cameo appearance. The actor’s role as Robert, which was a surprise, turned out to be a hit. Now, we hear that Tharun is contemplating the same name as the title.
Besides D53, Darshan has a line-up of films, including Kurukshetra, Yajamana and Odeya.

For Tharun’s film, Darshan will start shoot early next year. His calendar seems full already with him planning to start shoot of historical project — Gandugali Madakari Nayaka — made under Rockline Venkatesh banner, too. Tharun, meanwhile, is currently busy with the pre-production work of the film. He continues to keep the audience guessing about what he plans to roll out.
