Meera says she can’t wait to see  dashing Prakash Roy on screen. According to her, the hero of Uday Ananthan’s ‘White’ is beyond wow and the actress is more than excited to be part of the Mammootty-starrer. “Quirky and adorable, it’s going to be one of his best roles,” she muses.

The actress, who shifted her base to Dubai last year, says Nisha in ‘White’ was an offer she simply couldn’t resist. “The main location is London and I play a character born and brought up there. She is a smart and independent girl,” she says. The actress, who has played the desi girl to the hilt, says Nisha will be a break from her routine avatars. “There are only two important female characters in the film and the other is played by Huma Qureshi. After reading the screenplay of ‘White’  I was really thrilled. Most probably we will start shooting from next month onwards,” she says.

Presently at the location of her untitled Tamil project, Meera says she has a very homely character in the film. “She is the kind of girl you meet everyday, simple and calm,” she says. The actress, who was last seen in ‘Mylanchi Monchulla Veedu’, is also part of a couple of other language films. “Since I relocated to Dubai and started working as a Radio Jockey, I can’t take up all the offers that come my way,” she explains.

Meera says she took up the offer to test waters, but slowly fell in love with her job. “FM stations in Dubai are totally different from what you have here. At first I just wanted to give it a try. And now it has been an year and I am enjoying every minute of it,” she smiles.
