Anil to team up with fahad again

Express News Service

After striking box office gold with their earlier collaboration North 24 Kaatham in 2013, news that filmmaker Anil Radhakrishnan Menon is set to rope in Fahadh Faasil - fresh from the success of Maheshinte Prathikaram - for his next film has been doing the rounds for quite a while.

“No official declaration has been made yet, but Fahadh will play the lead in my next film,” the filmmaker said.

North 24 Kaatham was Anil’s debut directorial venture, and besides becoming a big commercial success, went on to win the National Award for best Malayalam feature in 2014.

After his last release Lord Livingstone 7,000 Kandi failed to impress at the box office, Anil had announced a new project scripted by Kozhikode Collector Prasanth Nair, popularly known as Collector Bro. “The project with Prasanth is still in the works, and work on it will begin once I wrap up my film with Fahad,” Anil clarifies.
