This weekend is going to a busy one for film enthusiasts with as many as three movies hitting the screens. While Kunchacko Boban will make an appearence through Siddarth Bharathan’s
Varnyathil Ashanka, giving the movie a tough competition is Anoop Menon through Sarvopari Palakkaran. Both are said to be comic entertainers with a satirical tone.
While Varnyathil Ashanka has a huge star cast, including Chemban Vinod and Shine Tom Chacko, Sarvopari Palakkaran is about a cop and his search for the perfect bride. Kunchacko Boban plays a thug Kauta Sivan in the movie. According to the director, the movie is a satire that deals with issues of contemporary relevance.
Meanwhile, Anu Sithara and Aparna Balamurali play the heroines in Sarvopari Palakkaran directed by Venugopan.Also hitting the marquee are Chunkzz, a fun youth entertainer about a college campus and group of friends. With Honey Rose, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Balu Varghese and Vaisakh Nair playing college students, the first look and songs of the movie are already viral, thanks to some peppy tunes by Gopi Sunder. Chunkzz is directed by Omar Lulu, who made his debut with sleeper hit Happy Wedding.
