With a successful combination of Nani of ‘Ashta Chamma’ fame, Tanish of ‘Nachchavule’ fame, Sweta Basu Prasad and Aksha in the lead, a film titled ‘Ride’ was launched at a function in the city on Thursday. Ramesh Varma wields the megaphone.
Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the film under Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner.
Singer and host of Zee Telugu’s ‘Saregamapa Little Champs’ Hemachandra makes his debut as music director with the film.
Sashank Vennelakanti penned the dialogues. Director VV Vinayak directed the muhurat shot.
Shyam Prasad Reddy sounded the clap board. Sravanthi Ravikishore switched on the camera. Interestingly the same duo did the honours for Sri Sai Ganesh Production banner’s first film ‘Sambayya’ in 1999. Regular schedule of shooting will start today and the film is expected to be released in May.
