For comedian MS Bhaskar, Deivathirumaghan is his third project with director Vijay. But what’s keeping him more excited is his association with Chiyaan Vikram. “I have already worked in Kireedam with Ajith and Madarasapattinam with Arya. This time, I’m sharing screen space with Vikram. I had spoken to him years back, when I was a dubbing artiste. In this film, you’ll see me with him throughout,” says Bhaskar.
He reveals that his character is a realistic one in Deivathirumaghan. “I play a truck driver, who also works in a chocolate company. My character is so realistic that it does not come across like a fictitious one; anyone can connect with it,” he says. What’s next? “Velayudham with Vijay, in which I play his maternal uncle. Then there is Yetthan, in which I play a poli (fake) samiyaar. There’s also Satugutu (formerly titled Thalaippu Seithigal), in which I play an apartment supervisor,” he says.
