CHENNAI: After the release of 'Ko', Jiiva is awaiting his next release, 'Rowthiram', which is expected to be another hit for the actor. The audio launch and the release of the movie trailer was a star-studded event at the Green Park Hotel.
The film is being produced by RB Choudary under their home banner Supergood Films with Shriya Saran playing the female lead. And with this film, the banner also introduces three debutants to Kollywood – Gokul, the directer of the film, Prakash Nikki, the music composer and N Shanmugasundaram, the cinematographer.
Shot in the scenic locales of France and Switzerland, the film also has Prakash Raj and Ganesh Acharya, a popular choreographer from B-Town playing pivotal roles. Ganesh debuts as villain in this film.
The directors who congratulated Jiiva and crew include KS Ravikumar, SA Chandrasekhar, Vettrimaran, Rasu Madhuravan, Vikraman, R Kannan, Nasser, AND Jayaprakash.
Other celebrities who shared the stage with the Rowthiram crew were Jeyam Ravi and Arya. Lyricist Na Muthukumar, Kalaipuli S Thanu. The film has five songs and Lalit Anand and Thamarai have been penned the lyrics. Music has been released under Star Music.
