DEBUTANT director Sairamani is a happy man. His latest flick, Singam Puli, is doing well at the box office, and he’s excited that it’s running in 240 theatres across the state. After working as an associate for directors like KR, SP Jananathan and Suresh Krishna, Sairamani made his directorial debut with Singam Puli in which Jiiva plays a dual role. “Jiiva is equally happy and told me that he had been receiving calls from people outside the country, appreciating his performance. Despite the World Cup and the exam fever, the theatres are houseful,” claims Sairamani, who’ll start his next project shortly. “The script is ready and the discussion is going on with a few lead actors.

I will soon announce my next outing.”
