Vivek to do a Bhagyaraj

Express News Service

Veteran director-cum-actor Bhagyaraj was in for big surprise at the audio launch of the horror flick Soundarya, held on Monday. The organisers surprised him by asking him to announce the next project of ABC Dreams Entertainers that produced Soundarya.

And guess what the film was titled? Palakaattu Madhavan, a name the actor-filmmaker immortalised through the film Andha 7 Naatkal.

Interestingly, Vivek — who plays the lead in the new project — appeared on screen to surprise Bhagyaraj with the announcement.

A visibly impressed Bhagyaraj recalled how audiences still asked him to say a few dialogues from the film whenever he attended events in Kerala.

The Mundhaanai Mudichu actor, known for the inherent humour in his films, expressed his desire to part of the film along with Vivek.

Palakaattu Madhavan is directed by Chandra Mohan, who made his debut with Soundarya. Bhagyaraj recalled how he feared about ghosts when watching horror flicks.
