Just as the trailer of the Tamil movie ‘Naiyaandi’, the upcoming Dhanush flick, is going viral in the industry, it has already been dragged into a controversy.

The film’s female lead Nazriya Nazim has denied any knowledge of acting in any scenes where she has exposed her body. However, in the trailer there are shots of explicit body display and Nazriya claims that she has not acted in those scenes and they were taken using an imposter matching her body type. The actor also added that she will lodge a case against film’s director A Sarkunam and producer S Kathiresan along with filing a complaint in Nadikar Sangam.

“I have complained against the producer and director of Naiyaandi to Nadigar Sangham for cheating. They have used a body double to shoot the ‘below scene’ without my permission. We will take legal action,” the actor commented on her Facebook page.
