The shooting of Howrah Bridge, a Tamil-Kannada bilingual, starring Priyanka Upendra will start from September 4.
Directed by Lohith, this thriller, is bankrolled by JSK Film Corporation, a company that has produced women-centric films like Taramani and Aarohanam.
According to sources, the entire film is set in Kolkata. Shooting is expected to take place in the city for a month.
“The story revolves around a single mother and how the city impacts her life. Priyanka will play the single mother, and Aishwarya, her daughter.”
