Team Mersal is on the verge of completing its final schedule. The makers are expecting to wrap up the shoot by the end of this month.
To ensure that the scheduled Diwali release date is met, the post production will begin immediately after the completion of the shoot.
It’s also said that the team is busy with the film’s teaser which is expected to be released in August. As we had reported earlier, the film’s audio launch is scheduled to happen on August 20 in a grand function.
The album will have five songs, all composed by AR Rahman.
The Atlee-directorial will see Vijay in a triple role for the first time, with Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha and Nithya Menen playing the female leads.
The rest of the cast includes SJ Suryah, Sathyaraj, Vadivelu, Sathyan and Kovai Sarala.
