Anushka Shetty, who is basking in the success of Baahubali 2, will next be seen in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual, Bhagmati.
The film will be directed by G Ashok of Pilla Zamindar fame and will mark the Telugu debut of Malayalam actor Jayaram. Reports suggest that the movie, which also features Aadhi Pinisetty and Asha Sarath, is in the final stages of production.
It is believed that the schedule with Anushka will take place in Pollachi. The principal photography for this thriller commenced in Hyderabad in June 2016.
Bhagmati has music by Thaman and cinematography by R Madhie. Produced by UV creations, the film is scheduled for an August release.
