When Nitinsathyaa launched his production house, little did we expect that he’d cast his friend, Jai, in his first project.

Now, the team has revealed the title of the film,  Jarugandi. Sources say the team has already completed 50 per cent of the shoot in 20 days.

A source from the film’s unit also adds that the next schedule will begin from December 12, and that the entire film is to be wrapped up with that. Amit Kumar Tiwari of Siruthai fame, has been roped in to play the antagonist.

Directed by Pichumani, Venkat Prabhu’s assistant, the film has Jacobinte Swargarajyam girl, Reba Monica John, as the female lead. ‘Jarugandi’ means ‘move/make way’ in Telugu. The film’s script, the source says, will be racy.
