Post Jil Jung Juk, Siddharth hasn’t had any release in Tamil. He has, however, been simultaneously shooting for many films, including an untitled project with director Sasi, Shaitan Ka Bachcha (in which he’s paired opposite Raashi Khanna), Kammara Sambhavam, and The House Next Door (which has Andrea as the heroine).
Now we hear the Sasi project also has GV Prakash playing one of the leads, and is titled Rettai Kombu. Sources say Malayalam actress Lijo Mol Jose is Siddharth’s pair.
“Sasi is busy scouting for a female lead to be cast opposite GV Prakash,” adds the source.
Official confirmation is awaited. We also hear that the film is a city-centric story about two friends with contrasting characters.
