CHENNAI: Cinematographer-turned-actor Natarajan Subramaniam has a slew of projects in the pipeline and the latest film he’s busy with is Godfather, which also stars Pooja Devariya and Malayalam actor Lal.

Talking about the film, the actor says, “It’s a family-oriented film that deals with a man from a middle-class family and his problem with a gangster. We’re planning to complete the film in a single schedule and we’re done with ten days of shoot so far.

A set for an apartment is being constructed now. Once it’s ready, we will shoot for another 35 days and wrap up the film by the end of July.” The film is directed by Jagan Rajasekaran, who has previously assisted Nalan Kumarasamy.

Interestingly, the KS Ravikumar-directorial Varalaru, starring Ajith, was initially titled Godfather and then changed due to tax exemption issues.
