In the backdrop of problems being faced by farmers, a film titled Yedukondalavada Venkataramana Andaru Bagundali is in the making. The film features newcomers Surendra and Harshika.
Its music was unveiled at a recent function in the city. Veteran director and producer VB Rajendra Prasad released the film’s audio.
“It is not a serious flick but portrays problems of farmers in a lighter vein,’’ explained its director Surya Injamuri. Ghantadi Krishna has composed the music. “Having come from a village background, we made sure that the film captures both rural ambience and modern city culture,’’ said Gundlakunta Srinivasulu who is producing the film under Sri Kasinayana Kalamandir. Sunil, Siva Reddy, Navneet Kaur and Jhansi are part of the cast.
