Directed by Deva Katta and produced by Ravi Vallabhaneni under the banner of VRC Media and Entertainments, ‘Prasthanam’ with Sarwanand and Ruby in the lead is presently in progress at Vijayawada. It is worth mentioning here that the producer had earlier brought out a film called ‘Vennela’.
Director says, “It is the journey (Prasthanam) of our hero to achieve his love. The entire film would be quite entertaining and interesting. Especially the scenes of Sarwanand and Saikumar together would be very attractive to the audiences. Mahesh Shankar’s Music, and Syam Dutt’s photography would remain the highlight. There are several scenes, which have different emotions like love and sentiment. We are making efforts to release the film as a Diwali gift.”
Sandeep Kishan, Vennela Kishore, Jayaprakash Reddy, Jeeva, Pavitra Lokesh, Surekhavani and others are in the cast. Lyrics are by Vanamali, Deva Katta, Chaitanya Prasad, while Vallabhaneni Rosaiah is presenting the film. Story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are by Deva Katta.
