The Telugu-Tamil bilingual of gifted director Gautham Menon went on to sets in Chennai recently. While the Telugu edition is to star young hero Ram and sexy Samantha, the Tamil version Neethaane En Pon Vasantham is to retain Samantha and has Jiiva romancing her. Menon is producing the Tamil one under the banner Photon Kathaas, while Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the Telugu flick on his production house Sri Sai Ganesh Productions Pvt Ltd. Music maestro AR Rahman is composing the tunes. The project is a love story of an engineering student and a psychology student.
