Southern actress Tamannaah Bhatia, known for films such as "Tadakha" and "Rachcha", has landed a role opposite superstar Mahesh Babu. They will be seen together in Telugu action-thriller "Aagadu".
"Tamannaah has been paired opposite Mahesh in 'Aagadu'. As soon Mahesh completes the film he is currently working on, 'Aagadu' is expected to go on floors," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
Mahesh is currently busy wrapping up Telugu action "1: Nenuokkadine" with director Sukumar. He will head to Europe Tuesday for 60 days to finish important scenes in the film.
"Aagadu" will be directed by Srinu Vaitla, who will team up with Mahesh for the second time after Telugu blockbuster "Dookudu". The film will be produced by 14 Reels Entertainment.
The rest of the cast for the project is yet to be finalised.
