'Gopala Gopala' Set for Sankranti 2015 Release

"Gopala Gopala", the Telugu remake of Hindi hit 'OMG: Oh My God', will release in cinemas during Sankranti 2015.

CHENNAI: "Gopala Gopala", the Telugu remake of Hindi hit "OMG: Oh My God", will release in cinemas during Sankranti 2015. The makers are planning on releasing the film's first look soon.

"Gopala Gopala' is fast progressing towards completion. All plans are in place for the release of the film during 2015 Sankranti (Jan 14)," film's producer D. Suresh Babu said in a statement.

Venkatesh reprises the role of Paresh Rawal in the remake, while Pawan Kalyan will step into the shoes of Akshay Kumar, who played lord Krishna in the original.

Actress Shriya Sharan plays an important role.

"Gopala Gopala" is being produced by D. Suresh Babu and Sharrath Marar under Suresh Productions and Northstar Entertainment banners.
