The makers of Pawan Kalyan's much-awaited summer release Sardaar Gabbar Singh, have taken it up a notch with an extravagant 'Horse Mela' sequence in the film.
The film, which is being produced by Sharrath Marar and Sunil Lulla, has an ensemble cast including Sharad Kelkar as the villain and seasoned actors such as Bramhanandam, Ali, Tanikella Bharani, Posani Murali and Mukesh Rishi, among others.
"The Horse Mela sequence which includes 100 horses, horsemen , various company artists, junior artists and a huge crew supporting 3 units worked simultaneously, all added up to almost a 1000 member team on location.Almost all the 40 artists from the film were present along with 100 horses, 10 Vintage cars and many luxury cars," read a release issued by Team Sardaar Gabbar Singh.Well-placed sources have revealed that the makers are sparing no expense for this film and are trying to ensure that it will be a visual feast for the audience.
"It's a high budget film. There was a conscious effort to rope in accomplished artistes for this film. Also, some of the best technicians in the industry were brought on board for this film to ensure perfection in all departments," said a source from the film's unit.
The film has been picturised in Hyderabad, Baroda, Rajkot, Kerala and Malshej Ghats, Maharashtra.Directed by KS Ravindra, Sardaar Gabbar Singh also features Kajal Aggarwal and is slated to hit screens on April 8.
