After registering phenomenal response across the web for its recent promos, audio launch of the much-awaited film Oopiri is set to take place in Hyderabad on March 1.
Touted as a ‘Celebration of Life’, Oopiri features Akkineni Nagarjuna and Karthi in lead roles and tells the story of the bond between a quadriplegic patient and his caretaker.
Having wrapped up the shoot last month, the film is currently in the post-production stage.
“We are delighted to announce that the audio launch of Oopiri will take place at Hyderabad Novotel Convention Centre on March 1. The event will have Suma and Anasuya as anchors and it will be different from the usual audio launches,” said producer Prasad V Potluri.
Music has been composed by Gopi Sunder and lyrics penned by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry and Ramajogayya Sastry.
Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, Oopiri also features Tamannaah in an important role, and is slated to hit screens on March 25.
