Producer Prasad V Potluri (PVP) is laughing all the way to the bank after Karthi-starrer periodic film Kaashmora, the latest film to be made under his PVP banner, collected `11 crore in just three days. Despite getting mixed reviews, the audience seemed to have given a big thumbs up to Kaashmora, who were impressed with the performances of Karthi and Nayanthara, who stars in a short but powerful role in the film. The success of Kaashmora is yet another feather in PVP’s cap, after the success of Kshanam and Oopiri this year. Mahesh Babu-starrer Brahmotsavam remains the lone disappointment for the production house in 2016.

“I am delighted with the success of Kaashmora, which has emerged as a Diwali blockbuster. The film is being enjoyed by all sections of the audience and I would like to congratulate Karthi and director Gokul and team for this success,” PVP said.

The producer is planning a list of films with different themes, starting with Ghazi starring Rana Daggubati, which will release on February 24. Aside from this, PVP will be producing Raju Gari Gadhi 2 featuring Nagarjuna and directed by Ohmkar. Following that, there will be another movie with Mahesh Babu in Vamsi Paidipally’s direction.
