Shruti Haasan is a busy bee these days. Soon after the release of her recent Telugu film, Katamarayudu, the actress flew to London to start training for her upcoming period drama Sangamithra.
She recently took to her official page announcing that she is working with Tim Klotz to prepare for the action sequences in Sangamithra.
“And it begins!! DAY 1 Fight training for sangamithra with the awesome @timklotzklotz #sangamithra #fightmode #london,” Shruti posted on Instagram.
Tim Klotz is a resident fight director at The Drama Centre; London’s leading drama school for the methodical approach to acting.
Buzz is that Shruti will undergo training in sword fighting, hand to hand combat among many other things for her role in the period film. Directed by Sundar C, the film also stars Jayam Ravi and Arya in lead roles and it will be shot in Tamil and Telugu.
