Nagarjuna-Nani film is titled 'Devadasu'?

HYDERABAD: Director Sriram Adittya’s upcoming film, a light-hearted action-comedy starring Nagarjuna and Nani is currently underway in a specially erected set in Sarathi Studios. There have been many names doing the rounds for the film and we hear, the team has recently zeroed in on Devadasu as the title. “Nagarjuna plays a mafia don named Deva, while Nani will be seen as Dasu, a doctor. The film’s story revolves around these principal characters and the narrative will unfold like a Raju Hirani film,” says an insider. About 50 per cent of the film has been wrapped up and the team is planning to complete entire formalities by mid-August. “The film is likely to release on September 13 coinciding with Ganesh Chaturthi,” the source adds. Also starring Aakanksha Singh and Rashmika Mandanna, Devadasu is being bankrolled by Aswini Dutt and has music by Mani Sharma.
