On Rajkummar Rao's birthday, here are five films to look forward to

The Prince of Bollywood never fails to amaze us with his choice of characters and performances!

Rajkummar Rao is known for his unique choice of roles in his movies. Some of his well known performances are from Love Sex Aur Dhoka, Kai Po Che!, Queen, CityLights, Newton, and Bareilly Ki Barfi. On the Bollywood star's birthday, here are some upcoming films that he will be seen in, in the next two years. 

Love Sonia: To be released later this year, the film is about a young village girl called Sonia who gets caught in sex trade. The films stars debutant Mrunal Thakur, Freida Pinto, and Demi Moore amongst others. The trailer shows Rajkummar's character telling Sonia that he runs an organisation that rescues girls. 5 Weddings: This is an American film that was featured in Cannes Film Festival this year. It's about an American journalist (played by Nargis Fakhri) who comes to India for a feature story about weddings. Rajkummar plays Officer Harbhajan Singh who is assigned to escort the journalist. Shimla Mirchi: Rajkummar will star opposite Hema Malini in this comedy, about a woman who falls in love with a much younger man. The film, which is expected to release this year, will also star Rakul Preet Singh. (Photo | IMDB)

Ami Saira Bano: In this upcoming Bengali film, Rajkummar is said to play a transgender. The actor previously revealed that the story will focus on a boys exploration into the transgender community. (Photo | India.com)
