HYDERABAD: Chef Sanjay Thumma brings more than just soul to his recipes, through his YouTube channel VahRehVah. As a 10-year-old, in his neighbourhood of BHEL, he was known as the cook of the street. Making weekly dishes to treat his friends and family.

The IHM graduate managed to open four multi-cuisine restaurants called Sizzle India in Chicago, USA. All seemed well until he realised that he was no longer cooking but only managing. He decided to sell his restaurant and move back to India and started VahRehVah his YouTube channel where he puts up video the same.

Sanjay is known for his healthy recipes “Food is a medium to lead a healthy life,” he says adding, “ People believe that pickles and salt is unhealthy, but they are important to maintain a balanced diet.” Sanjay believes the right amount of salt is the secret to achieve that perfect recipe, He is an ambassador for Tata Salt Crystal and highly recommends it.
