CHANDIGARH: The BJP will create history by forming its first ever government in Haryana on its own after the forthcoming Assembly polls, party's Punjab chief Kamal Sharma said here today.

"The results of Haryana assembly polls will give a new direction to the political scenario of the country where BJP would script history by making its first ever state government in Haryana of its own," he said in a statement here.

Sharma, who chaired a meeting of eleven district presidents across the state at Ferozepur, in order to assign them duties to work for the party candidates in Haryana, also claimed that the BJP would leave no stone unturned to ensure its win in the state being ruled by the Congress for the last 10 years.

"It's writing on the wall that the BJP was going to form the government in Haryana. To ensure our party wins, as per instructions by the party high command, the Punjab BJP leaders would campaign in 10 constituencies falling in Panipat and Karnal districts to ensure party's win," said Sharma.
