Punjab court issues proclamation order against JeM boss, three others in Pathankot case

The NIA Special Court has ordered all the four the absconding accused in the Pathankot case to appear before the Court on March 9, 2017.

NEW DELHI: A Punjab court has issued proclamation orders against Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) Chief Maulana Masood Azhar and three other accused in the Pathankot airbase terror attack case.

“The NIA Special Court at Mohali, Punjab has issued Proclamation  Orders under section 82 of the Cr.PC against the following four accused: Maulana Masood Azhar, Chief of the terrorist organisation, Jaish-e-  Mohammad(JeM), Mufti Abdul Rauf Asgar, Deputy Chief of JeM,, Shahid Lateef and Kashif Jan, the agency said in a statement here. 

The NIA Special Court has ordered all the four the absconding accused in the Pathankot case to appear before the Court on March 9, 2017.
