Ahead of second phase of polling two injured in Manipur blasts

GUWAHATI: Two people, including an Assam Rifles jawan, were injured in two separate IED blasts in Manipur on Tuesday evening, hours before the second and final phase polls. 

In the first blast, an Assam Rifles jawan was injured in Ukhrul. The incident occurred when the personnel of 31 Assam Rifles were on a foot patrol. 

The second blast occurred near a polling station at Kamjong, injuring a man.
