Amritsar train accident: Government Railway Police files FIR against organisers

GRP filed a First Information Report against organisers in connection with Friday's train accident which claimed about 60 lives.

AMRITSAR: Government Railway Police (GRP) on Saturday filed a First Information Report against organisers in connection with Friday's train accident which claimed about 60 lives.

Sources said that FIR was lodged under Indian Penal Code (IPS) section 304 and 304A (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) without naming anybody.
