The makers of Noorondhu Nenapu finally announced the release date, which is slated for May 19. A trailer was released on Tuesday, which kick starts the promotions of the film. Meghana Raj, who is part of the cast tweets, “And finally the Official Trailer of #NoorondhuNenapu has bin launched! Stay tuned wil update de link soon! #Retrovibes (sic).”

The film is an adaptation of a Marathi novel Duniyadari written by Suhas Shivalkar. Director Kumaresh is making his directorial debut in Kannada in the period drama that reminiscences the college life of the 80s.

Noorundhu Nenapu produced by Suraj Desai and Manish Desai has Chetan and Meghana Raj in the lead along with Rajavardhan, Sushmitha Joshi Archana part of the cast. The film has music by Gagan Baderiya and cinematography by S K Rao.
