THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Senior Congress leader A K Antony has termed the arrests carried out in the wake of the CPM-BJP clashes in the state capital a sort of ‘adjustment’ and called upon the government to allow the police to act in a non-partisan manner.
At a function here, Antony said both the CPM and the BJP were trying to fuel violence over each untoward incident. “Prohibitory orders were never clamped in the history of the state capital. The CPM and the BJP are keeping a huge army of attackers ready for carrying out violence,” he said.
